Who am I?

My name is Chloé Ray, an experienced and skilled public relations professional at the cutting edge of political organizing in Missouri.

I proudly graduated with from Southeast Missouri State University in 2024 with my Public Relations Degree, with minors in both integrated marketing communication and political science. While in college I lead voter registration drives, served the student body within the Student Government Association, and served my community as an election judge.

I am honored to be called a founding ambassador for the Missouri Women's Political Caucus, and now hold the title of Vice President of Education and Training. In 2024 I managed Rural Outreach as the Rural Director for Elad Gross' campaign for Missouri Attorney General.

In 2025 I took on the role of Chief Operations Officer with Sapphire Strategies, the premier political consulting and management firm in Missouri. In this role I managed dozens of communications channels for political candidates, press relations, and expertly navigated political advertising and crisis management in a variety of situations.

Previously, I have worked on several social media campaigns including Katy O'Ferrell's, SEMO PRSSA-SE, Show Me Votes, and MOWPC Youth. As a Public Relations Director, I place an emphasis on community-based posts for the communications channels I manage.

Outside of my work, I enjoy hanging with my cat Sirius, collecting records, and going to all the concerts I can.
